IHL Teleconsultation (services run by India Health Link Private Limited) provides online consultations through its digital platform, supported by Genix Technologies Private Limited. IHL collaborates with clinical experts across various specializations to provide health consultations via video conferencing (“Tele-Consultation”) through its website and hPod (Health Kiosk).
These terms and conditions govern all transactions related to Tele-Consultations, including appointment booking, refunds, and all other transactions conducted through the Website or authorized third-party websites.
Disclaimer: The IHL services available on the Website do not in any way constitute an invitation or recommendation to avail of tele-consultation services. The services provided through the website or Kiosk are not intended to be a substitute for in-person consultation with a doctor or any healthcare professional. IHL advises users to make an independent assessment regarding the accuracy, usefulness, and suitability of the services prior to making any decision in reliance on them.
The terms "you" and "your" hereafter refer to the user (whether registered or unregistered) who is using or browsing the IHL website (www.indiahealthlink.com) and/or using Kiosks deployed at facilities of IHL's partners or clients.
Tele-Consultation is available only to users currently residing in India, in accordance with the latest Telemedicine Practice Guidelines issued by the Government of India.
Tele-Consultation with a specific doctor/physician is subject to that doctor's availability and discretion. Appointment confirmation will be sent via SMS, email, and/or the web portal.
IHL reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment without prior notice. However, IHL will communicate any such rescheduling or cancellation via SMS, email, or the web portal.
The consultation duration provided is indicative only. Actual consultation time is at the discretion of the consulting Doctor.
Your consulting Physician reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to provide post-consultation follow-ups at no additional cost.
Consultations can be booked, rescheduled, or canceled only within the stipulated time limits mentioned below.
Note: The rescheduling and cancellation requests will only be accepted through the website/portal dashboard.

IHL provides value-added "Telehealth Services" which connect users directly to the doctor. Information exchanged is recorded, stored, and used in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
It is solely at the discretion of the user to avail of the service. If a user utilizes the telehealth service, IHL reserves the right to share the contact details of the user with the concerned practitioner.
IHL has no role in determining the consultation fees of the doctors; these are determined at the discretion of the doctors. IHL will charge the doctor's consultation fee along with a convenience fee and applicable taxes at the time of booking.
IHL has no role in influencing doctor ratings or providing favorable feedback. IHL does not accept liability for the relationship between the rating/feedback and the actual quality of services provided.
You are solely responsible for the medical, health, and personal information you provide on the India Health Link portal and during the consultation. The doctor's advice depends entirely on the information you provide.
This includes patient details, contact information, medical history, testing/investigation results, prescriptions, and cardholder names.
IHL services are available for children, but the registered member for patients under the age of 18 must be the patient's parent or legal guardian. The parent/guardian is fully responsible for complying with these Terms.
If provided information is false, deceptive, or misleading, IHL reserves the right to cancel your appointment without liability and without refund.
Information provided may be used for analysis, research, training, and disclosure to affiliates or government authorities where required by law.
The information provided by you will be retained by IHL for the duration required to provide services and strictly in accordance with applicable laws (including the DPDP Act and Telemedicine Guidelines).
Services are provided via audio/video. You must ensure you are equipped with proper video conference equipment and internet connectivity.
In case of inadequate equipment or defective internet connectivity on the user's end, IHL reserves the right to cancel the appointment without notice or refund.
You acknowledge that no physical examination is involved. The opinion delivered is based solely on verbal communication and uploaded reports.
IHL and the consulting doctor are not liable for misdiagnosis, judgment errors, or adverse events resulting from the remote nature of the consultation or incomplete information provided by you.
IHL Services are NOT meant for emergency or life-threatening conditions. In such cases, please immediately take the patient to the nearest hospital.
IHL uses "Cookies" to store your preferences, browsing activities, and for profiling/tracking behavior. By visiting the IHL website, you expressly authorize IHL to place Cookies on your web browser.
IHL offers online payment via internet banking, debit/credit cards, or specific digital payment modes. You will be directed to trusted payment gateway partners.
IHL shall not be liable if incorrect payment details are provided or if you use a payment method not lawfully owned by you.
Refunds are only processed for genuine, trackable cancellation requests made via the "Cancel" button in the user dashboard within the deadlines listed in Section 2.
Refunds will not be entertained regarding the nature of advice obtained, efficacy of treatment, or health outcomes.
Refunds may be processed within 7 to 15 working days from the receipt of a valid request.
IHL reserves the right to modify the pricing structure at any time prior to billing.
IHL owns the website and all intellectual property contained thereon (software, designs, trademarks, trade names). You shall not use the content available on the website without the prior written permission of IHL.
IHL uses secure encryption technology and complies with industry-standard security safeguards.
Despite reasonable endeavors, breaches of security may occur. You acknowledge that IHL is not liable for any loss suffered by you as a result of breaches in security beyond IHL's reasonable control.
You may choose to avail yourself of products or services from associated vendors (e.g., pharmacy, labs).
Upon your acceptance of vendor services, you explicitly consent to IHL sharing your prescription and personal details with the vendor for fulfillment.
IHL is a mere facilitator. IHL is not liable for any deficiency or defect in services supplied by Associated Vendors.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IHL and the concerned doctor against any losses, costs, charges, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
"As Is" Basis: Services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.
Limitation: In no event shall IHL be liable for direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, arising out of the use of IHL services.
This arrangement may be terminated by either party at any time.
IHL reserves the right to terminate access immediately if your conduct is deemed unethical, immoral, abusive, or in contravention of applicable laws.
IHL may modify these terms at any time without prior notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Karnal, Haryana.
If any provision is found invalid, the remainder of the agreement shall continue in full effect.
You acknowledge that the relationship created through your use of this website is on a principal-to-principal basis.
You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a legally binding agreement.
